The Original Recyclers
Founded by the Plakias family back in 1937, Western Mass. Rendering Co. is a third generation, family owned company that has been collecting and recycling waste cooking oils and kitchen greases as well as supermarket meat trimming waste for over 75 years. Located in Southwick Massachusetts, we are a full service, locally owned rendering company providing recycling service for waste cooking oils, fats & proteins as well as grease trap cleaning and maintenance.
We operate a fleet of specialized trucks to safely pick up and transport the material, maintain all required waste hauler licenses and are fully insured. We offer a variety of waste cooking oil collection and storage equipment options to suit your restaurant’s needs with turnkey service so your staff can stay focused on serving your customers. We provide 24 hour emergency service to ensure our trained personnel will be available when you need us. Our service area includes the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island as well as eastern New York and southern New Hampshire & Vermont.
